|Kiddy NIRVANA|
-1 minute enlightment for 25cents -

Work in progress

A Buddha’s rengeza (lotus seat) version of kiddy rides (the small attraction rides placed outside of shops or in shopping malls for children for 25 cents ride). Lotus seat and a halo that usually seats a Buddha statue are floating on the golden cloud that is held up by a metal shaft over a motorized kiddy ride base.

Instead of a Buddha statue, anyone (who is not heavy enough to break the machine) can sit on the rengeza. After tossing 25 cents “donation” in the coin post attached to the base, the seat stars rocking back/forth, up/down acompanied with some electronic musics and blinking LED lights. The 25 cents worth of “nirvana” lasts for about one minute.
